You obviously do take these claims lightly. Jennifer, despite the public response to tell the world that you would resolve this issue, you failed to call me. In fact, since your response, I have had to call you three times. Each time you promised a next day response. Each time you fail to respond. Not once have you taken the time to call me.
Had VP Sales come to my office to give an estimate to move my office locally. When I received the written proposal, which should reiterate the terms discussed verbally during his visit to my office, it was inconsistent and inaccurate. I had my Assistant call him to question these inconsistencies, and he aggressively told her he didn't have the time to deal with her, didn't need the business and HUNG UP ON HER.I called the office to complain/discuss, and felt that Management didn't offer much support to make me feel comfortable doing business with them. Would not recommend.
Me and my family recently moved to NC and after no luck looking for a moving company online I called the first local one I could find which was Liberty Moving. They we very accommodating and friendly and helpful during our move. The price was great compared to other estimates I got and my items were delivered much sooner then I expected. I would defiantly recommend Liberty Moving in a heartbeat. Thank you for a easy and painless move! If I ever move back to Long Island I'll be calling you first!
We have used Liberty Moving & Storage several times in the past and most recently moved my mother from Florida back to NY... and this was the best move yet! From the initial booking to pick up and delivery, everyone was professional, courteous and timely...Special Thanks to Franco our Driver...He was Great! Most importantly, all her belongs arrived back to NY without any damage! Thank you to the entire Liberty team for making this a painless experience!
This company should be forced out of business. First the guaranteed estimate was off buy 33% and was not quaranteed. When I complained they gave me a month's storage free and followed that up with a 10% increase two months later. They treated our belongings very roughly and although the warehouse is supposedly temperature controlled some of garments had mold on them. Every conversation with these people (salesman, through president) was an argument and with total disregard for customer service. I highly recommend any other company. You can't do worse.
Let me start off by saying that Gary was excellent and professional. I chose a full service move, complete packing from our home in NY to Florida. The guys who came to pack were wonderful and efficient. So from the quoting stage through the packing, everything was great. But I can't possibly rate Liberty on the work they did leading up to delivery. Much like you can't review how well LeBron dribbles down the court. It's the delivery that matters. Maybe this is typical, but it took 14 days for the truck to get to Florida. When they delivered the items, my dining room table had this big gash in it. The table is a laminate table with a separate solid wood base. Very heavy. They sent out a restoration guy who looked at the table and said, "I'll do my best, but this is a combination of materials and there's no way I'll be able to fix this. My table now looks like a table which has a gash in it that's been filled in. I paid $8,000 for the move and I purchased additional replacement insurance. Well, two days later, Liberty came back to offer me $0 as compensation. They also asked me to sign a release in return for that $0. Really? I've had maybe 2 claims in my life, and each insurance company bends over backwards to fix the problem. It's all about the delivery, Liberty. You guys did fabulous except when it was time to shoot and score. You get 0 points in my book.
